I wanted to share how much of a blessing Snelling has been for me. I’ve been with my employer for a year and 6 months now. I couldn’t have asked for a better job! They constantly praise me on my job performance and have made me feel like a real asset to the company. I have come a long way in the time that I’ve been here and I have more confidence in myself now, then I’ve ever had before. Justin and the team at Snelling in Birmingham were great in assisting me in finding a new job. I was called to go on several interviews with a few different companies, which wasn’t the case with some other staffing agencies I have used in the past. He always kept me updated before and after every interview and provided me with all the information to prepare me for the interview. After moving to Alabama and having a tough time finding a job myself, I decided to go to Snelling Staffing Services for some assistance. They were very friendly and helpful and set me up with an interview incredibly quickly. I ended up being selected for a temporary position filling in for an employee on leave, which has turned into a permanent job offer with a great company. I’d hate to think of where I’d be now if I hadn’t walked into the Snelling office then.
